1. Free Trial
New JPEGForce Pro subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
3. Refunds
We may offer a refund if you were charged in error or if you request a refund shortly after an accidental renewal. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact support@jpegforce.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
