1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JPEGForce (“the Service”) at jpegforce.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
JPEGForce provides a browser-based photo editing and color grading studio, including film filters, RAW processing, color grading tools, and image export.
3. Accounts
You may sign in using Google or an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
JPEGForce Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you will be charged the then-current subscription price until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying technology are owned by JPEGForce. You retain ownership of the images you upload and export.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPEGForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
